The structure consists of five layers: glass substrate, transparent conductive oxide layer (TCO), cadmium sulfide (CdS) window layer, cadmium telluride (CdTe) absorption layer, and back contact layer/electrode.
CdTe absorbs the entire spectrum efficiently. Performance in early morning, evening, or hazy conditions is significantly better than crystalline silicon cells.
With a coefficient of -0.21~0.25%/ºC, these cells maintain higher power generation efficiency in high-temperature environments compared to traditional silicon cells.
High spectral compatibility allows 90% visible light absorption with only 1μm thickness. No light-induced degradation characteristics ensure long-term stability.
Our R&D team specializes in high-efficiency, high-stability, and low-cost inverted perovskite thin-film solar cells. We utilize advanced thin-film deposition instruments including close-space sublimation (CSS) and vapor transfer deposition (VTD) to drive the industrialization of large-area thin-film technologies.
