The structure consists of five layers: glass substrate, transparent conductive oxide layer (TCO layer), cadmium sulfide (CdS) window layer, cadmium telluride (CdTe) absorption layer, back contact layer and back electrode.

Our R&D team has established dedicated laboratories achieving breakthroughs in high-efficiency, high-stability, and low-cost inverted perovskite thin-film solar cells. We utilize advanced deposition instruments including close-space sublimation (CSS) and vapor transfer deposition (VTD).
