Production & Quality Control
Our production process involves rigorous testing, including 3 EL tests and 2 Flash tests to ensure no hidden cracks and consistent cell grading.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why choose your panels over cheaper market alternatives?
Many low-cost factories use reverse current or low-efficiency cells and skip EL/Flash testing. This leads to cell cracks and hot spot effects, which are fire hazards. We perform 3 EL tests and 2 Flash tests throughout production to ensure A-grade quality and longevity.
2. How do you ensure payment and delivery security?
We accept standard payment terms (30% advance, 70% before shipment) and support third-party inspections. We also accept LC at sight and secure third-party payment methods to ensure customers only pay once shipping documents are submitted.
3. Can I inspect the goods before final payment?
Yes, we fully cooperate with third-party inspection companies like BV or SGS. For orders exceeding two containers, we even bear the inspection costs to ensure full customer confidence.
4. How is the 30-year warranty handled?
Every shipment includes a warranty certificate and a flash test report with unique product barcodes. In case of issues, you can submit a claim with these documents for our professional after-sales service.
5. Do you provide system design and installation guidance?
Yes, our engineers provide professional design for on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid systems. While we do not offer on-site installation currently, we provide comprehensive remote guidance and detailed bracket drawings for your local team.
6. What about shipping costs and hidden fees?
For full containers, there are no hidden fees. For LCL shipments, we recommend FOB or CIP terms to avoid destination port uncertainty. Under CIP terms, destination charges are borne by the seller, making costs predictable for the buyer.
